Yvonne Momah, Operating Partner, is a legal and strategy professional known for driving results at the intersection of policy, partnerships, and operations. With a career spanning law, development, and ecosystem-building, she brings a sharp analytical mind and a deep commitment to equitable growth across Africa's emerging markets.
Yvonne holds an LLB from the University of Derby and an LLM in International Development and Human Rights from the University of Warwick. Her academic foundation reflects a lifelong focus on systems change and social impact—a focus she has carried into every role she's held.
Before joining LiveLabs, Yvonne shaped national policy frameworks as part of the Nigeria AfCFTA Coordination Office, playing a strategic role in the country's implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area agreements. She also led partnership development and program strategy at The Women Leadership Institute, where she spearheaded gender-forward initiatives and built cross-sector alliances to drive meaningful change.
In addition to her policy and nonprofit work, Yvonne has experience in finance and operations through early roles at the Bank of Industry and Glass, Lewis & Co., where she sharpened her skills in legal research, compliance, and business analysis.
Yvonne is also a columnist at Vanguard Media Limited, where she writes on women's rights, health, and social justice—using her platform to advocate for reforms that uplift marginalized voices and influence public discourse in Nigeria.
